Default Rx glitch question

I'm setting up a new plane and while installing the rx and setting throws, etc. the left aileron starts twitching. Antenna in then out...walk close walk far....the same twitch. The ailerons are on separate rx channels, 1 and 6 so I reverse the connectors and the glitch goes away. Rx has always worked well in other planes. What's wrong?

The wire must have been picking up some RFI or else there was a loose connection

Most probably a dirty or corroded connection between the servo and receiver. If using an extension where the connector seldom gets plugged/unplugged this is a common problem. Try exercising (unplugging and replugging) the connectors and see if that helps as that will often clean up the connectors enough to get a good connection.

Thanks for the unanimous response cause you were RIGHT!

I massaged the connectors after hitting them with contact cleaner spray and no more glitch. But the connection seems a little loose compared to the others so I'm going to replace the Y connector with new to avoid any further problems. This will go in my memory banks. Thanks again
