I get about 13 mins out of a 16 oz with the 125a. I run mostly 3/4 to full throttle, Im also still running it fairly rich with a 17x6 apc. You might get 10-14 mins depending on your flying style, prop, needle settings and etc.

the 125 full throttle is 35 cc's/min or 1.1834907895615001 oz's/min = 11.829411881 minutes at full throttle with the mixture set correctly

As jay2000dakota said, it depends on flying style, amount of throttle used, mixture settings, etc . . .
On a test bench my Saito 125 turning an MA 2 blades 15 x 8 at full throttle 300 rpm below peak read on tacho as 9200 rpm and calm air at 68 F in the shade consumed a 14 oz tank (unverified volume) in 13.5 minutes. The engine was finishing a US gal (3.78 liters) of Morgan Cool Power, 15% nitro, 18% all synthetic lubricant.
I am expecting well over 15 minutes while flying mostly at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle.

I used a 125 on a new build that had a 16oz tank and was consistently near empty so replaced the tank with a 22 oz. I admit to generally running slightly richer than others.

8, I found it cool that Saito has that info posted and it can give people an idea of the tank size needed. I have always figured 1oz per minute and it has worked out well over the years. Until last month. My old YS is running a bit fat and drank the tank dry in a hurry. I like the way it is running though so I just installed a bigger tank, problem solved. Kinda??

Depends on the percentage of nitro you run also. If you run 30% you will get much less run time per tank compared to someone running 15%. I would like to know the difference in run time based on nitro percentage, anyone have this information?

You can calculate it based on the stoichiometric air-fuel ratios of methanol and Nitro methane
