TRAINER CORD ( jr and futaba) they work together?
hi. im training to teach my cousin how to fly rc planes i had been in this hobby around for 2 years.. finally i got my cousin on this.. tomorrow we are going to fly whit the trainer cord but all my system in my plane is JR(s400) and my question is can i have any problem if a use the trainer cord whit his futaba trasmitter? i try it this morning to see how it works and works fine the only thing inusal was the THROTTLE SERVOS WAS REVERS ( I CHANGED TO NORMAL) KNOW my secound problem is my trainer cord has 3 cables one that goes to my transmitter and to extras that goes to the slave control. which one is the correct to use on futaba? i check on my manual and says jr to jr and one cable too jr to futaba but dosent sayd which one is wich?

well i have the duallink jr !!!!! and i try it and it works... the thing is i dont know which cable to use..?

I don't understand when you say you tried it and it works but you don't know which cable to use? how could it work if you don't use right cable?

I do not think that JR and Futaba have a compatable trainer cable. You need to keep everything the same. Good Luck, Dave

Even if you get the two to pass the stick information back and forth, the order of the pulses is not the same on all transmitter's audio section; i.e. on one the throttle might be the fourth pulse in the string and on another it might be the first pulse in the string. They would cause servo movement, just not from the same stick on each transmitter.

we used a futaba and a Hitec last summer, but had to buy the right cord and plug it in accordingly.
Just a thought if you have a Hitec to use.
