Default roll enershia

I have a cap 232 ,
when i do a snap roll to the left and let the sticks return to center
the plane follows with an invoulentary second roll , this only occurs when i snap left.

could this just be the torke of the engine , or some sort of in built flaw .

if anyone has any idea what this problem is or how to rectify it
I would greatly appreciate your thoughts and suggestoins.

Thanks Daniel son i.n.c pty ltd !!

Daniel,
You should be able to stop the snap before making a second full roll. Try using opposite rudder and aileron and maybe even a little forward stick.

I don't think it is a design flaw. My CAP stops in about 1/4 of a roll. The torque of the engine does produce a left roll, but the moment is small compared to the aerodynamic forces.

This may be a silly question but have you balanced the plane laterally?

Another way is to neutralize the controls before the first roll is complete. Probably caused by torque. Maybe not enough right thrust in the engine.
