Has anyone used 2 part water absed epoxies??

Was thinking of tracking some down as a clear top coat for my kits as I'm having trouble getting hold of Nelsons clear coat stuff

Any info would be appreciated.

Never tried water based epoxy but in my business I've tried water based laquer, water based contact cement and water based polyuretane, none of which I use. There's just no beating the petro/chemical stuff that I've found so far, but I'm always looking and open to new ideas !!!!

Epoxies, no. But if you find it and give it a try please let us know what you think. I have used the water based Poly for a clear coat and it works OK.
