Charging Jack
Anyone know where to buy the little plastic adapter that you snap the charging plug from your receiver on-off switch into so you can mount the charging jack on the outside of your airplane? It has been a long time since I bought one and cannot remember where I got them, Tower does not have them.

RE: Charging Jack
I think you mean the Ernst Charging Jack Mount. You can find it here:

One word of caution. If you buy the Ernst Futaba J Mount only Futaba made female plugs will fit when you plug into charge or read battery status. It is a tight fit and other brands of J plugs are slightly bigger than the ones made by Futaba and will not fit. The way I get around that is by buying a Futaba made 3" or 6" aileron extension and use that as an adapter.
Other choices that work well are:

RE: Charging Jack
Thanks much Landeck! The LXE 963 is what I was looking for, I could not find it in the Tower catalog so called the order assistance number and she could not find them either, she then asked one of their "experts" who said I would have to go to Futaba to get one. If the fit is too tight I have had success sanding down the plug on my charger a little bit, it doesn't take much.
