Default Robart "Oleo" strut innards are.....

....what? Just a spring and maybe a spring seat on each end?

Anybody succesfully disassembled and reassembled a set?

I would like to put softer springs in mine, or possibly remove the springs and set them up with air lines.

They don't feel like they have any damping, probably no oil inside?

Thanks in advance...............Dave

It's just a spring and you can got to the local hardware and get more. I have made "duel rate" by putting a long softer spring inside of a shorter stiffer spring, so as it compresses it gets stiffer.
