Default CG for Sig Senior

Just happen to be at the covering stage. From the plans the CG is 12 7/8 inches from the forward face of the firewall.

A REAL GOOD RULE OF THUMB IF YOU ARENT CERTAIN OF THE CORRECT PLAN CG TAKE YOUR WING AND MEASURE FROM LEADING EDGE TO TRAILING EDGE
AND TAKE 1/3 OF THAT DISTANCE AND THAT WILL BE A VERY GOOD GUESS IF
YOU ARE FULLY LOADED NOT INCLUDING FUEL YOUR PLANE SHOULD BALANCE
THERE PUT YOUR FINGER ON EACH SIDE OF THE WING AT THE 1/3 POINT FROM THE LEADING EDGE AND PICK UP YOUR PLANE AND IT SHOULD EITHER BE NOSE HEAVEY OR BALANCE FLAT IF IT IS TAIL HEAVEY YOUR IN TROUBLE I HAVE USED THIS FORMULA FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER MISSED TAIL HEAVEY IS TROUBLE NOSE HEAVEY MORE ELEVATOR IN SOME CASES ROAJ
