I purchased a parkzone messerschmitt 109g bnf and am having severely short run times.

talking about just over a minute of engine time before it pulses..

This hardly seems normal.

Can anyone confirm that this is NORMAL.. or that there is something wrong with it.

That definitely isn't normal. Are you sure the battery is getting fully charged? Which charger are you using? Is it only with the stock PZ battery or is it happening with other batteries too?

The most likely culprit in my opinion is either a battery or charger issue.

I read somewhere where they turned the charging rate down on the stock PZ charger.. With the longer charge times, I was able to keep the engine running on the ground at full speed for 5 minutes (from just over 1 minute!!).. This would leave me to believe that if it was in flight, I could get almost 10 minutes (normal) off of one 1800mah battery

The next natural question to ask is... How can I fly for 20 minutes!!

I really need a good charger and some good larger batteries if I am going to keep buying these parkzone planes!!
