Have one in hand, all set up and ready to go ................

The club's scheduled event is for next Monday the 25th ............

If it fly's anything like its big brother on the Phoenix simulator it is going to be a lot of fun!!!!

The LHS here sold out of the 8 they got in within a week and don't expect any more until the end of February.

I got to fly this plane today, I went to a local indoor flyin. It was a single gym, which is kind of tight. Two guys came from the LHS and broght the new bi- plane set up and ready to go.

They let me fly it and it was not that bad, I had to mush it around and used rudder mostly for stearing and thr. for alt. But it was fun and I could see how it would be a nice plane outdoors or in a larger indoor are.

The Micro 4-site is from E-flite not Park Zone

your right, my bad!!!!

the Ultra-Micro 4-Site BNF is E-flite!!!!!

While on Hobby zones site I saw this about the plane "This item is discontinued but we are still selling parts for it"

seems like this is the end for the plane, what the point of buying one, there is no way of knowing if the parts will keep coming.

thanks

Well, the indoor flying session is history ................... but not quite the 4-site.

I will need to repair some damage that is all strictly pilot error. The venue in which we have been flying is way too small to maiden something new. I knew that limitation going in and decided to try anyway. Bad call.

Just going to need a bit of minor repair on the fuse directly in front of the "canopy" before trying again. Only next time it will be handled in a larger venue, experienced obtained, before moving back to the smaller area. I may need to install the air brakes in the smaller area as the plane does tend to be plenty quick and responsive to the throttle.

Never give up ............. just take a step back and reevaluate .........[sm=52_52.gif]

I have to agree it needs a good size indoor site, like 2 to 4 basket ball courts. two courts would work and more would be great.

I flew it in a single court, and it was hard. It was always on stall and you had to steer with the rudder, plus used the throttle for alt. I think its a good plane, we bashed it quit a bit and did very little damage. What damage that was done we easy to fix, and get going again.

we had the air breaks on and that was the main reason we were able to fly it.
