Default JR 9303 2.4GHz Radio Problem - HELP!

Has anyone had a problem with servos twitching when powered on - before receiver and radio are recognized?

Turn on the radio - turn on the receiver. My throttle servo went past its limit and stripped the gears before the receiver was recognized by the radio. The servo (Hitec HS 645MG)
just hit its limit during a dozen power-ons before starting to make a strange noise. I popped the top and it had smeared the stop off and stripped five teeth of the nylon gear.

I also use this radio for another plane and in this one, the retracts and flaps drop until the receiver is recognized and then return to normal.

Is there anyone with similar or other problems and is there anything I can do about this problem?

Put everything where you want it then rebind including having the throttle at full low

Have the DSX9 out here same radio, the spectrum 7 channel receiver drops the flaps before link as a sign of the link, Rebind with all controls at the point you need for failsafe and it should be ok.

Cheers

I had a similar problem with Airtronics radio and Hitec throttle servo; every time I booted up, the throttle servo would max out and ended up stripping itself. I replaced the servo and have had no problems since.

Also keep the transmitter at least 3feet from the receiver as the servos jitter.

Cheers

I have the x9303 and I try and turn the tx on and leave it on for about 10 sec. before I turn the rx on. I have not had this problem, good luck.
