what am I talkin about
hello everyone, I am totally new to the airplane world. I was at an rc airshow last summer and I saw a a funny lookin plane that was pretty big but had short wings and had non-powered "helicopter blades" on the end of each wing. what type of aircraft is and what is it called? thanks in advance.

It may be an "Autogyro"

Yes, that's a kind of autogyro. You can find radio controlled autogyros here, for instance: http://www.autogyro-rc.com/ Just google "rc autogyro" and you'll find lots of information.
