Default ESC and batteries

Hi Guys, Im afraid its me again. Can you help me out on this one please. Im new to electric models and know next to nothing about the set up I would need to keep thing running cool. I dont intend going any further than park flyers. I have a f4f wildcat which has a 18 amp brushless esc and a parkzone 480 size 960 Kv motor. My question is, will my 11.1 35c 2200 batterie keep things cool or will it cook either the motor of the esc after a while. I would be most greatful for any help. Bill.

Default RE: ESC and batteries

Go here... excellent article by Pat Trittle on how to setup an E system. You an plug in your numbers and see if what you have would be good or not. If you like to build he's got some beautiful park models.

The electric forums could answer your question as well.. however I read the link above and learned much about the variables in picking the parts for a proper system.
