Both metals have about the same capacity to absorb and radiate heat at the same temperature (Specific heat = 0.090 Btu/lb-F degree).
However, other alloys with copper as base, have different capacities. For those cases, the same mass of metal with lower specific heat gets hotter for the same amount of heat that is provided.
