Can some explain which antennas are best for recieving and transmitting for rc and video? (yagi,patch,dipole)

A yagi is very directional, and a dipole somewhat directiona. I don't think either appropriate for rc. I'm not sure what a patch is, so cannot comment. Video really doesn't care what kind of antenna is sees, because it will only be a modulation scheme on an RF carrier, and the RF is what the antenna receives.

So the yagi would be better for pointing asignalto a position? the patch antenna is in the picture below..

Definetly. The majority of the radiated energy will be directed out the front of the antenna.
