Confused on pull pull????
 

I am ready to start the pull pull elev. setup on my 1/3 Sukhoi. I am not sure where to place the servos. If you notice in the pic, the horizontal stab is located near the top of the fuse. In order to keep the servos in line with the hinge line I would have to install them inside the cockpit. Obviously I can't do that or I wouldnt be able to remove it. I would like to get the servos as far front as possible and maintain the proper geometry. Can anybody advise?

Personally, in this application I'd use hard linkage with dual (or quad) servos mounted at the rear, under the stab.

Not sure how you could do pull-pull.

I agree with DBCherry.....there isn't as much magic in pull-pull as some make it out to be. Short, direct push rods are hard to beat.

Personally, I like pull pull. However, in this application I would also mount the servos at the rear of the aircraft. :)

Get carbon-fiber pushrods with titanium endpieces and have some bragging rights on your flying buddies :D
