COMO ENGINE
HI I HAVE A COMO ENGINE 2 STROKE TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT SIZE IT IS ONE SIDE SAYS COMO OTHER SIDE SAYS 1.7 CAN ANY ONE HELP ME THANK YOU CHICK

Como was made by or imported by Super Tiger....1.7 is 1.7 cu in

Or it is 1.7 cc which would make it a .10 sized engine. One that would weight about 4 1/2 oz.

I don,t know about Como other than it was a rebranded line from Super Tiger and the largest likely sold were probably not over a .60 (.6 cu in or 10 cc). I think most were forty's, 7.5 cc or thereabouts.
I keep thinking this was another rebranded line distributed in this country by World Engines who went thruough many lines and brands, but may be wrong. HP is likely correct that the engine if that 1.7 marking is correct, then a .10 cu in is most likely. So Seniorspud it would help if you would give some sort of indication of the actual size with a referance such as a photo in your hand or something to give a physical size perspective. John |

If memory serves me correctly, COMO's were made by Super Tigre and imported and sold by World Engines. As I recall, they were good engines.

Yes that's right they were made by Supertigre.I have a .40 size engine is a great running engine and yes were known to be good engines.

I have a .50 size Como, and it is a really good engine.
