Not these days but you can look on ebay and in the market place for one of the old Royal kits. They were pretty good. I think I still have the web site with the address of a place selling the plans, instructions, templates and the parts like the canopy and any of the glass parts needed. A good site for plans builders.

You can look for a Royal. Also there is the Yellow A/C and Wing Mfg. or a small Guillows.

Depends on the size... Yellow Aircraft definately (on my to do list!) or you could try a Nick Ziroli plan and get a short kit cut for you. I believe KMP have a 100" or so ARF version coming in the future. ;)

for traditional balsa/foam/ply kits you'll run across....<div>
</div><div>Wing Mfg - theirs is about two steps above the GP Profile-38, the booms are very squared off. Wing is gone, so it's the classifieds or eBay. Supposedly it flies very well. </div><div>
</div><div>Aerotech from Britain - cut foam w/obechi sheeting. A very challenging kit to build...</div><div>
</div><div>Royal / Marutaka - all balsa and ply, expensive to buy a kit. You can get plans, cowls and plastics on eBay. Royal put all the parts templates right on the plans specifically for the scratchbuilder - they were cool like that. Key with this one is to keep it light, especially in the tail. </div><div>
</div><div>Guillow - stick and tissue, a challenge to build for RC but it can be done</div><div>
</div><div>

K&A has a small electric setup, fiberglas booms & pod, foam sheeted wing, see their website here:
http://www.kamodels.com/

I have one of these, it was designed for speed 400 brushed motors & NiMH batteries, I'm thinking it'll be a blast with brushless motors & LiPo batteries.
