wing tubes

If it's built it's to late for that, if not look here at what I did will give you some ideas how to do it. wing thickness will determine how much dihedral you will have for a given size tube.

The first few wing ribs should be cut from 1/8" lite ply with the tube between the spars. I would go into that wing 14" each side with ay least a 1" tube. Dihedral will be a matter of the hole in each rib being slightly lower then the previous. This you will have to figure out. Epoxy the phenolic sleeve in place and then place 1/8" lite ply shear webbing front and rear of the spar and onto the wing socket. You may want to include a tube stop at the ends to prevent the tube from sliding over to one direction.
