THANKS WALTER,
I HAVE SEEN ENOUGH OF YOUR OTHER POSTS TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT JOKING. BUT IS THAT JUST "GOOP" OR IS "GORILLA SNOT" THE SAME THING? I STEPPED IN SOME GOOP ONCE AND I HAVE FIXED MY SHOES WITH GOOP. ARE WE TALKING ABOUT THE SAME THING? THANKS, LON

It's called Goop and you will find it at any hardware store and most retail stores as well, it comes for different applications, but to me, they are all the same, just marketing hype, the regular one for household use is the one that I use the most, it will stick to anything with a vengeance, because it is heavy and because it works so well, use very little of it, small dabs here and there work very well, an entire surface doesn't need to be treated, test it first so you see how it reacts, spread some with your finger and see how much fun it is to pry it off your skin, no kidding, it's fun! I haven't seen Gorilla's Snot, but I do use Goop to fix the soles of my Sneakers when they start to come unglued.

I'll go for Goop too. Have a Yellow Cap 10 B with an aluminum fuel tank bracket, servo mounts glued in with Goop. Snapped into the trees at about 60mph. None of the joints came loose. Had to build a new wing. Tough stuff.

I AM FINISHING UP THE COWL ON A NWHT GEE BEE Z . IN ORDER TO HAVE A CLEAN, NO SCREWS SHOWING COWL, I MADE AN ALUMINUM 14" RING THAT BOLTS TO THE FIREWALL. I NEED TO NOW ATTACH THE FIBERGLASS COWL TO THAT RING FROM THE INSIDE OF COWL. KINDA WORRIED ABOUT THE VIBRATION ISSUE. THANKS, LON

Lon;
Goop is a type of rubber cement that won't let go so what you have is an ideal spot for it.

Goop it is, just sounds to simple but that's not a bad thing! Hope it holds up to heat and gas! Thanks to all, Lon
