can someone tell me anything about this plane ,who makes it, how to set up the controls?

It's a model of a Burt Rutan plane called the "Quickie". The front wing is actually the elevator called a canard. The rear wing should have the ailerons. The canard should be set up so that it moves opposite to what a regular elevator moves.

here's another Canard configuration, 1917 French Debruyere C-1. stab and elevator in front. yes -- it crashed on intial take off. but its making a heck of a RC 61" ws model, electric power, may not fly, but show and tell, it will be fantastic. dick

that looks alot like a custom plane because i think that the body is an extra bodie. but everyone else is right man your lucky i wasn't the first one to this thread:D:)
