engine test stand ?
 

i wanna build a test stand for my saito 91, any help would be appreciated.

There was an article in RCM a few years ago showing a very easy to make universal engine test stand. I might be able to find a copy if I get a few minutes. It was a single page and was very easy to build. If you can't find it let me know and I will make the time to try to find it.

I built mine from bookshelves, fitted with adjustable aluminum engine mounts that can handle engines ranging from a 0.049 up to a 1.40 four stroke:
