Thrust calculation?

Interested to know if there is a way of working out the thrust in pounds for a given engine using a 16x8 prop.
Engine is a MOKI 135 truning a 16x8 prop at around 8500rpm.

Son wants to prop hang a Flair Extra 300S/140 using this config.
