I need to create a rather curved, but small celluloid windshield for a 1/2A model of a Cessna. I eventially would like to vac-u-form off a couple.

However, the first thing bugging me is how to make an appropriate master of it. I suppose I could stuff the whole windshield opening area with clay, and knife to appropriate shape, but then how to remove it without distorting it?

Or is there yet a simplier way? There had been a web-site on how to do this once. Anyone remember the URL?
