I think Sheldon Hobbies has most of the remaining original Bridi kits. BlueJay got the rights to make and sell new kits of Bridi designs.

I have an original Bridi Killer Chaos kit... new in the box. I've been thinking of selling due to not enough time to build it etc... Don't know what kit your looking for just thought I'd toss it out there.

I Built an XLT last year too.

Feel free to send me a pm if interested.

I have a Bridi Lockheed Sirius almost finished and awaiting installation of the engine and floats.

Recently bought an Aero Commander as well for $100.00 and have it about 1/3rd finished.

These really are nice models and plan to fly the Sirius next summer at one of the local lakes here in Western North Carolina.

3Dbob; sounds like a fun plane. Have a lot of fun. I have been building and flying the Bridi kits for a long time. Since the 70's. Just kind of lost track of things for awhile and am now back to them again. I have a Super Kaos that I have been flying for 16 years on and off. Just Love it.

Hi:

I bought an unfinished Bridi Lockheed Sirius at a swap meet near Detroit last year. While I knew it was a Sirius, I didn't know who had produced the kit.

I was delighted to find an ad vert for the kit in an old issue of Scale R/C Modeller and then I searched the web and found your note about having built the same kit on the web.

I think that I have all of the parts I need - with two key exceptions:
- I would love to have a set of plans for the kit so that I can finish it off properly;
- at least I would like to know the position of the CofG for the kit.

If you haven't ditched the plans, could you possibly get a copy made of them (I would happily pay for a copy) - or at least could you give me the measurement of the CofG position (say how far back from the leading edge)?

Many thanks in advance,

Peter

Pete, the thread was posted in 05 and Bob may not be around on RCU any longer. Look on the posters box on the bottom left and you can send him an email or try to send a PM to get a response.
Welcome to RCU by the way.
