Webra Engine Problems

Hi! All, all you engine guys please think about this one. I have a velocity xl from EAM with their reccomende Webra 120 pumped glo engine. Everything was installed according to the specs on the instruction sheet, fuel tank location line placement etc. The engine was broken in on a test stand as Webra suggested. I mounted the engine and am getting air in the fule line from the discharge side of the pum to the carb. The line is about 3 inches long. I contacted horizon Hobbies and spoke to the tech dept and at no charge they sent me a complete pump assembly . I changed the pump and inspected the old one before sending it back, no visible problem found. We started the engine and again same problem. Contacted Webra directly and they said 3 things could cause this 1 engine overheated(never happened) 2 pump was disassembled and put back together wrong(pump was never taken apart) 3 wrong fuel used and clogged valves ( correct fuel was used and valves were spotless). This problem did not occur when on test stand. Tank has been checked and all fuel lines replaced. If anyone has any good ideas on this one let me know. The strange part is the the air is in the discharge (pressure side) of the pump.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL
