If I use an OS 1.60FX and a MAS 18X8 prop about how much thrust can I expect?

About 14.5 pounds, go with an APC 18x6W and get 17.5. Been there, done that.

Thank You Is there some formula or calculator program that is used to obtain the thrust? I would like to get 19 - 20 pounds. if possible. I plan to use this engine on a 11 - 12 pound plane. Thanks Bob

I have just tried a lot of different props, with the exception of Bolly, Mejlik, Menz. If you can get 19-20 #, let us know what prop you achieved it with. I have used a couple different thrust calcs and haven't found one that is really accurate.

P.S. A Bisson pitts muffler and a V-30 Perry pump will substantially increase performance and mileage on the 160fx.
