Source for Frequency Pins

I am tasked with building our Club's new frequency control board. I have seen a number of good ideas on RCU forums and some seem to include the same style frequency control pins (the multicolored plastic laminate with numbers routed into the surface).

Is there a commercial service within the RC community for these number plates?

Also, what is the best recommendation for the clip. Clothes pins (if they can be found anymore)? Or, is there something better.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Here is a pic of our box. This is the second generation. The first was wood. It was 1/10th the cost but at the time it sat in the weather. The wood only lasted about 3 years. The pins are cloths pins with a piece of ply epoxied on the front. The label is computer generated on sticky paper. It is a pic of our field with the channel # and freq. These took some time but are very nice.

Thanks guys.

Dan, communication underway ...

David, do you have a frequency number ID behind the pin? Also, is the system such that the flyer places his card in a 'slot' when he takes the pin?

Appreciate the help.

Our club just made a new set of pins for the 27 megahertz parkflyer transmitters. I think we got them through AMA for a very reasonable price.

We dont have the number behind the pin(good idea though) or put our cards up. We are a small club and it's not needed. During events at our field we issue each pilot a plain white numbered cloths pin. This is what it traded for the freq pin when they get the radio from impound. If a large number of pilots were to be out at once. We have extra pins and could clip our AMA card in place. However there are only 15 members in our club and only 5-6 of us fly every week.
