Sig Scamp
 

Does anyone remember the Sig Scamp? I'd like to build another one and was wondering if anyone knew where to locate a set of plans. Thanks.

Remember it well . Fox 15 and tore up the sky with it. I bought it and a lot of eqipment for $ 35 from a guy being transfered and probably had more fun with it then any plane I've ever had. I don't think you could KILL it. I gave it to a student after a year of fun.

I'm sorry I can't help you with plans but maybe if you call Sig they may be able to get you a copy. ENJOY !!! RED

To the best of my knowledge I bought the last set of Scamp plans from Sig about five years ago. At least that's what they said. (I was actually wanting Supersport plans but that was all they had.) They are in fair shape and of course you will have to by the foam wing which surprisingly is still available from Sig. I might be willing to part with them, however they do not give you a full size stab/elevator and fin/rudder template. I just guessed at those dimensions. FYI, there is a Scamp for sale on ebay right now.

I had one with an OS .15. If I remember correctly, it had a foam wing which I painted with plastinamel paint from sig.

I had the Colt with an Enya 15. It was a great little plane and pretty fast for its size.
