MultiPlex EasyStar

My father-inlaw was bitten by the R/C bug while watching us fly at our local club in FL. He was intent on buying an airplane to take with him up north to learn to fly it  (to no avail, I tried to convince him to let me show him some basics b4 he left) He spends the summers in rual Pennsylvania. Anyway, he called the other day and somehow he broke the prop on his MultiPlex EasyStar and cannot find a LHS. He has no internet where he is and asked me to order some props for him. Only I have no idea what prop that thing uses. Can anyone that knows please forward the size prop to me.

Thanks,
Duc

I am fairly certain that Easy Star uses the Kavan 4.9X4.3 prop. Hobby Lobby sells them for $3.50. Stock #HLFK5555. http://www.hobby-lobby.com/elecprop.htm and scroll down to the near the bottom of the page.

I got an Easy Star for my 9 year old son last year, and he has had a blast with it. Great airplane, lots of fun for little $$$. But how the heck did he manage to break the prop? :D

Just pull, I think. If that doesn't work, take a knife and cut it off.

I know what you are saying and only being the "son-in-law" for 12 years I dont think I am allowed to ask that question just yet :D
