I have mine set to charge about 1hr per day on a 12 outlet powerstrip hooked to a timer. Keeps everything ready for use.

Pretty much covers the board on answers huh?

What to do with your batteries in winter? Keep em charged, and keep flying. Makes you look better in the springtime when everyone else has been flyin the sofa all winter..... Greg

Red recommends to place batteries into the refrigerator for long term storage.

Obviously everybody has there preference and truly nobody is wrong because of different needs…. Such as those that just might get a chance to fly. However you and I in Michigan, that possibility is just about nil for a couple more months at best.

Take a few minutes and read thru Red’s web site to come up with your own conclusions. Not only does our resident battery guru suggest how batteries should be stored for long term but why.
