Does anyone have a Modeltech 1/3 scale J-3 cub ARF Manual? I have the airplane but no book? Thanks

Hobby People has a lot of Modeltech manuals online; unfortunately this one is not.
They sell it for $5, http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/120750.asp but it is on backorder.
