WHAT IS THIS 1/4 SCALE SPORSTER ?

WHAT IS THIS PLANE ???????????????????

THIS IS FOR SALE IN NZ, i HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A SUITABLE ARTF MOUNT FOR A SAITO TWIN, THIS LOOKS IDEAL BUT THE SELLER DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT, I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY COMMENTS ALSO WERE i MAY GET A COWL FROM.
