Balancing 3 blade props

Any special technique for balancing 3 blade props? I have no problem at all with two blades, but 3 blades seem to be a bit more difficult. Thanks.

Same thing. If the same two blades keep pointing down you take a little off each. go easy untill it stops and stays in any position.
