Saito 100 venting question

This is my first 4-stroke engine. I noticed there is a vent fitting on the crank case along with one on the muffler. Where should I vent to from the fuel tank..... muffler or engine. Thanks
Dick

Use the fitting on the muffler for pressure to your fuel tank. The other , on the crankcase, is a breather and generally vents to the atmosphere.

oldvet is correct. I just leave this nipple open, but there is some black oily residue that will seep out of it - so if you like to keep your engine compartment clean, you may want to add a fuel line to that vent and hang it outside of the cowl
