RE: dx6i radios problem

If it is the Spectrum radio, then you are in good shape as they only have four cells in them. 5.9 will be the top reading.

RE: dx6i radios problem

The DX6i uses four AA cells, which should charge to ~6.0V for NiMH/NiCd cells, and will be about 6.6V with brand new alkalines. I can get AA alkalines in bulk pretty cheap, so I'm feeding mine alkalines right now.
