Byron originals pitts

Just a quick question. I am wanting to put a gas engine in a Byron Originals Pitts i am building and was wondering what size and brand I should use.
Any help would be appreciated

RE: Byron originals pitts

In the orignal cataloge they list the Pitts at 68" span, and a ready to fly weight of 17lbs, but I belive there were few that flu at that weight. They list a Quadra 40 as power, so any of the 50cc gas engines would be OK. From what I understand the orignal were slightly underpowered, so a modern DA 50 or so would fly them well.

Cheers
