i would like to know how to convert the G3X file to a mpeg or WMV file so please help m,e

You might be able to import it into Windows Movie Maker (included with XP). But it would help if I knew the file extension RealFlight uses in their videos.

C:\Program Files\RealFlight\Recordings. But i have RF2. They may have changed it in the later releases.

That doesn't sound right, but you could open up Movie Maker and try it.

The extension is .g3x but not sure how to convert yet but I am looking
