Tail support trailer setup?

HI Guys
I have a piece of 4 inch foam that I would like to make a tail support for my 40%, what glue can I use to glue foam to plywood?
How do you hold the tail down, bunglie's? Does anyone have pictures of tail cradles?

Gorrila glue works well. For tie down I use cloth stips with velcro ends.
