Servo tray material ?
 
Where can I find that carbon fibre/bakelite looking material that is used to make servo trays ?

I have used 1/8" lite -ply w/1/4" spruce glued to the bottom at each end of the servo holes for the screws to bite into. Used it on 1/4 scale on down with no trouble . Cheap ! Max H. :)

I've used high quality fiberglass PC board material before and it works fantastic. The copper clad can be removed fairly easily with a propane torch if you don't want the copper on it. Easy to work with and very rugged.
