Houston I have a problem Air retracts

Ok Now I am having a small problem I have the retract system installed and ready to use.
But now I cant seem to get enough pressure in the tank. I am using a small compressor it is set to max at 100psi. My air retract system uses a one way valve for filling the tank and I cant seem to get enough pressure in it if I put the gear down while filling the tank it works and also for fear up. What am I doing wrong I installed the system as instructed no leaks any where and no blocks .
help!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you.

If it works with the pump connected it sounds like the tank is not filling.

Are you sure that you have connected the one way valve correctly?

The tank does get some pressure but not enough to move the retracts but just enough to unlock them and that is after holding to pump pressure to it for about five minutes .

I have found the problem. I am using plastic three way splits for the air system and have found that the line going to the tank is is blocked must have come that way from the factory because I found another one the same way and had to drill it out to get it to work properly any way thanks guys for your input

Wow, now that could have been a real stumper! Glad you were able to troubleshoot it. New definitely doesn't necessarily mean good.
