Cleaning a saito 91 engine

Hello, I've got an old saito 91 engine. Its got lots of crap, that I would like to get off. What shouldI clean with? Some engines just say clean with the glow fuel. No idea on this engine. Anyone know??

Clean it with Dawn Power Dissolver. The directions are on the bottle.
