Help identifying airplanes...
1 Attachment(s)
So I came across an assortment of 8 models that were being sold for a price I couldn't refuse. I'm trying to figure what models a couple of the airplanes are. I suspect the blue/pink airplane is a Hog Bipe with only one wing? I doesn't look like there was ever a lower wing installed... The other sea plane, I have no idea, but the engine is quite small.
Any help identifying these would be greatly appreciated! |
RE: Help identifying airplanes...
I'm not sure about the float plane, but the blue and pink plane is a Great Planes Pete -n- Poke

The sea plane looks like a Sig Aqua Star

RE: Help identifying airplanes...
The seaplane might be a Herr (also called an "Aqua Star"). That was a 1/2A size seaplane. Something about the wing floats doesn't look Sig-ish.
40-1/2" wingspan if built to plans. http://www.*********andmore.com/imag...full/30391.jpg |
RE: Help identifying airplanes...
The Aqua Star is by Herr Eng. and sold thru Sig. The floats attach with rubber bands.
