Now, now, Jules tell the truth. You can fly any of my jumpers.

Is that your DX-6 in the fotos? The sender pulpit looks fine. I received the Multplex harness this afternoon. Thank you very much.

It's getting time for you to go to bed.

Hi Ya'll!
Paul. Watch out for that bad looking stuff heading your way. You've had enough of that huh! We have tornado warnings coming at us tonight---and tomorrow morning is my golf time. It's hard to hit a golf ball in a tornado! Haven't played in a long time--even longer for flying. It sucks!!!
Jules. You having any good flying wx over the pond these days? Won't have my "Jump" Meister at Muncie. Will probably fly up instead of drive. Looking forward to it.
Ya'll hang in there! Jim

Hi Jim !

Tomorrow we ware invited to have the first jump of the year at our Dutch friends flying site ,
the weather is looking nasty , I think there will be no Skydiving going on this Weekend .
I wanted to have my first jump with my new chute , It will be for an other time .

I received a Document from the AMA for traveling with model flying equipment on the
commercial air lines , maybe you can ask for it to , to make it easier boarding your flight .

Hope to see you in Muncie .

Look out for low flying Golf balls Jim !

, Jules

We use nothing but ZERO perosity. Alittle harder to sew and just alittle more money but well worth the effort. Only use "parachute material" no matter what, you don't want a low grade "kite" ripstop nylon material for a parachute. The lines make as big as differance in the parachute as anything.

Ucak:
This is goldenknight1 in reference to edge pilot reply yes I also use zero porosity amtieral W9002 for neon colors which is $13.00 a yard. But for solid colors I use W9110W ultra low porosity for solid colors it is $9.00 USD, they both are good ripstop matieral for our canopies. when you bring up www.paragear.com go to raw matieral it will bring up the ripstop I am talking about. edge pilot I did give him the wrong number for the matieral i apologize for error.

Hey guys, Looks like I posted in the "We want a forum thread" a bit premature! You guys are already talking about our rally at SMAC and making plans to attend! We are so looking forward to this (especially Fowler). It looks like all the info is getting out and I hope everyone has stopped by the SMAC web site and got the entry form. If you want
the super-awesome t-shirt those entry forms need to be in by May 1.

I don't personally have a skydiver but enjoy each and every drop I get to see at our field. Don't let the photo that Flying Hillbilly posted scare you, we have more grass runway than asphalt. That paved runway is 526'x40' there's a grass one just beside it that even bigger (you know how mowers tend to scoot over more and more each time...) Plus that diagonal runway just in case the wind doesn't agree with the other one. ;-)

Flying Hillbilly is checking on that so I'm sure he will let us know here or I'll post it if he let's me know. No matter the number pre-registered so far there are a lot more that keep procrastinating! ;-)

Ladies & Gentlemen, that pre-registration gets you a t-shirt too. Don't wait till it's to late! Visit http://www.smac-ky.com/ and get the form filled out and sent in. We gotta have the pre-registration to know how many shirts (and what size) to get. We've had a few regstration forms sent in and they forgot to tell us the size they wanted for the T-shirt. Just circle the size you want at the bottom of the form.

If you don't have time to visit the site, here's a direct link to the form (in Microsoft Word format) http://www.smac-ky.com/entry.doc Just print it off, fill it out, and send it in!
If anyone wants just the text of it, it has been posted on this thread already.

Ok, I created the form in a graphics file, maybe this will make it easy for some to get it. (I just hope this works...)

Well, it compressed the heck out of it... GaryV was trying to post the form before and it looks like RCU only let's you attach graphics files. I even tried PDF. no go.

As you saw above, the form is available in text in GaryV's previous post, in Word format on our website or now a very compressed GIF file, if I could just find someplace to post it, I have it in PDF and most people have Adobe.

You are welcome to email me and I will email the PDF version to you if you want. It's only 36k in size so even diai-up shouldn't have a problem.

David,

Your Skydiver Rally Logo looks great. Looking forward to the event and my first visit to the Renfro Valley. Is that spelled right? Between the Rednecks (me) and you Hillbilly's in Ky, we should be able to convert Skydiver to a Red Billy(?)---or something like that--huh Paul!!
See ya'll there. Guys get your entry form in---NOW!!!

Jim B.,

Glad you like the logo, that's all FLYING HILLBILLY's work there! Pat him on the back when you come to KY and yep you got Renfro Valley right. ;-)

I guess we're really closer to rednecks than hillbillys here as Somerset is in the foothills of the mountains of eastern KY. But like they say, "You can call us what you want, just don't call us late for dinner!" (Don't worry about them thar hills either, we gots us a real nice flat spot to fly and drop and crash and walk out to pick up the pieces, oh wait what am I saying, we don't ever crash.)
