Gitchelchute CAD conversion

I have yet come up with the Fowler tape / templates so I'm following the Gitchelchute dialog and creating templates in CAD. I would like to talk through a few things.

For starters:

1. On the top retangle, do you hem the leading edge?
2. On the top retangle, the rib sew line spacing is 3.5" or 7" for two. The camber (bottom) retangles match the sew lines but the edge lines are 1/4" wider. Is this ok and just how the parts stack up when you sew them?
3. Has anyone scaled these down? I want something a little smaller.
4. Does it really need 40 lines? The RCM chute only has 28.

Quick look at how it is coming. The main has all but one of the bottom camber pieces in place to check fit. No dimensions yet, just checking fit.
