Default Twin electric engine to operate at the same speed

I have futaba t8fg I want to adjust the speed of both engine to operate at the same rpm I have tried master and slave 3and7 and the ld and rd knobs . I'm sure I'm just missing something . Identical motors and speed control unit need someone to go though step by step

This gets into some lesser known issues! First, a typical twin may not have the same loading on each motor. Differences in motors, props, and ESC's
also add to the problem. One possible solution depends on using throttle curves to adjust a slave motor to a master.
Motors - minor differences between two of the same (By part number) motors can be enough, as can differences between ESC's.
The ESC's may for instance, have slightly different start and full throttle settings, by happen stance, programming, or component tolerance.
Sorting things out may turn out to involve looking at motor current, RPM, throttle position input signal, and so forth.
