Hello well i bought a ofna hyper i belive and the engine is toast.
Now my question is the engine it came with is super long and to be honest i dont think ive seen a engine that long.
so what im wanting is to knw if any of you know what it is or just gve me info on the buggy itself.
want to get it running but cant find a match to fit. i also have a picture of it comared to a traxxas trx 2.5.

It's probably aOfna Force .21 P4 w/Pull Start

The Traxxas is a .15 sized engine (small block) and the OFNA is a .21 (large block)

That is not a Hyper.
Maybe a Ultra MBX... http://www.ofna.com/pdf/ultra-mbx.pdf

And the right rear tire (all of which look like the cheap Ofna style tires that come stock with OFNA cars) was mounted backwards....

What sort of budget do you have for a new engine?

All tires except the left front are mounted backwards.

I've never seen that chassis before, it's definitely not a hyper. Look at .21 engines and larger.

If you are only going to beat it up then a cheaper engine might be better? Something like SH or maybe the Ofna Hyper engine.
