Picco engine temperature?

How hot should a Picco Sport .21 engine run?
And what will happen if the temperature is exceeding that?

Is it normal for this engine to very fast reach temperatures above 125 C ?

try not to pass 115' C passing that will harden the components too much and cause premature wear on them.
