Default Best clutch bell bearings

i recently bought a set of 4 rubber sealed bearings off of ebay about 2 months ago. they last a pretty long time, and its 4 for i think $10. what do you guys think is the best and long lasting 5x10 clutch bearing out there? im not looking forward to spending 20 for one bearing...(i heard boca bearings and that avid thing is really expensive...). opinions?

This is where I get mine but I buy at least 20 so it only cost me about $1.20 per bearing including shipping. Good bearings.

Hi,

Proper maintenance by engine oil, ceramic hybrid ball bearings last very long on clutch bells. Ceramic hybrid means the balls inside the bearing are Si3N4, Silicone Nitride balls.

Thx

Joaquim

To bad you are half way around the world and only take pay pal. Sorry most do not know the whole story about pay pal but I do. Nothing against you!

Hi,

Well, we had a hard time with PayPal before but no actual financial loss but just stopped business for a while. If we wish to keep it running, we don't have much choice. It is still the most convenient and popular online paying method on Ebay.

Regards

Joaqim

1 vote forRc-Bearings.com, they have a better rating than both Avid and Boca.

Jeez... do you work for RC Bearings or something? You've been digging up 3-4 year old threads and pushing that website...

if you look at every post he's done there ALL spam for that site.
I'm guessing its a bot thats searching and taking keywords like avid and boca and posting semi human sounding answers.

boca $1 special bearings. so what? they dont last the longest.. they are just a buck. they are tiny bit better than stock, are relatively long lasting and are disposable. all clutch bearings get chewed up fast- high heat, high speed is not good for a wee bearing like that.

my local shop carries all sorts of sizes for a buck, just load up, and take off.

the only time its worth getting a good bearing is if it is diff or engine bearings, you dont want crap in those applications.

Boca Bearings. $10.00 10 packs or you can pop for higher end ones, depends on how often you change and maintenance the bearings. Boca also has bearing lube and grease now too.
