Default LX Comp vs. Team Magic M1

I'm new to buggies and just want to know which one is best and fastest... ohh I also need the fastest engine on the market. I was thinking a .32 with a sick pullstart or something cool like that.

Woow what a question. How long is a piece of string.

First of all speed is relative to how much you want to spend. Also .21 engines are the best. Anything bigger is only good for monster trucks and bashers. For racing your .21 engines are the most refined.

Using the LX Comp in the same sentence as the Team Magic Buggy is really a contradiction. They sit on far ends of the scale.
LX Comp is not a real racing competitive buggy.
Team Magic Buggy is designed to be a fully hopped up race bred buggy. No extra mods required. Stick in a top line engine and pipe, good servos and enter the worlds. Thats if you a pro.

The fastest engine for a buggy IMO is either RB C6, OS Vspec, WS7x3, 21plus5. Speed you can aslo increase with the use of a bigger clutch bell.

Can I run OS#8 plugs on it. Everyone says they are too short but it doesn't matter. Is that true?
Also, do I have to shim it if I run 30%?

What is the top speed? I need it to me really fast so I can dragrace my neighbours dog down the street.

LOL......too funny!!

Take out all the shims and run that 40 percent with the hottest plug you can find.
Plug length... no it does not matter. The glow plug from your power stroke diesel should work wonders.

40%, pfft. Go big and run some 65% boat fuel with your .26. It should hit 80mph easily.
